THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, THE LOSS OF DATA OR LOSS OF PROFIT, EVEN IF MONTGOMERY SCRAP CORPORATION WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
